MY STORY
Growing up, I was always drawn to solving problems—whether it was tackling a complex math equation or fixing things around the house. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Physics.
But I did not find the career in physics fulfilling as it was too abstract; I wanted to work on challenges that would actually make a difference in people's lives.
This led me to explore various paths, trying my hand at different fields until I finally discovered UX design. The moment I did, it all clicked and I thought, “This is exactly what I want to do!”

Discover & Strategize
This step is where I get my hands dirty the most. Dive deep into the problem, and try to understand the users' and the business needs and goals as much as possible. While you are at it, understand the competitive landscape and the market to the fullest extent.
Ideate
This is my favorite phase in the design process! In this creative phase, explore a wide array of ideas and solutions. Sketch, and create wireframes, and build prototypes to solve your key user & business issues.
Deliver & Evaluate
Now evaluate the solutions and gather feedback from users and other product stakeholders. Don't forget to use all that good feedback you got while iterating on your designs.
Measure
The process doesn't end with the launch; it's ongoing. Utilize metrics and data to iterate and enhance the product, refining its performance continually.
